Keep telling yourself this is a bar that serves food and you will be alright. Don’t be fooled since its right next to afancy restaurant in an upscale neighborhood. It a bar. Best aspects about this place are the location, the patio, and the live guitar when they have it. Notice I did not say the food. Although I have had some good food, it canbe sketchy and is pricey for what it is. Fish tacos are good and a nice size portion. Probably the best dish I’ve had there. Steak and cheese is pretty good but I like Jersey Mike’s better. Reuben tasted good but it was too greasy and did not have enough beef. Fires were kinda limp this time. Nachos leave a lot to be desired. They had a lot of toppings but the chips were like you get at the ball park and the chili was from a can. Beer prices are over the top. Service can be marginal. Will I go back? Probably. But it will most likely be because I want to sit outside and listen to music. The food won’t be the priority.
Happy to find that many of our old favorites are back on the menu. Great place to drop in for a drink or come for a meal and catch a game. When the weather is nice the patio is one of the best in the area. Great burgers, also like the Baja Fish Taco, Cheesesteak, and Fish & Chips.
