Biscuits at the Food Truck Rally. We really enjoyed discovering them at the 07/17 street food event! My husband & I split 3 biscuit sandwiches: Ribeye, Pork Chop, and Chicken. All the biscuits were big enough to handle a good portion of meat, and all the meat was hot and tasty. Nothing was too greasy or too dry. Had a bit of a wait, but it was worth it! Look forward to seeing them around town and at future events.
