The lady who took my order was friendly and efficient. I got the whole wheat everything bagel toasted with light veggie cream cheese. Sliced and toasted to go. The bagel was a little too salty for my liking but I loved the cream cheese! They sell their cream cheeses in a refrigerated container. I want to try the salmon spread next! Only downside was the chick working the register. She was slow and not really awake yet I don’t think. I will go again for sure!

Not impressed. We were not impressed with the food nor with the service here.My husband had to go back up to the counter to find out what happened to his sandwich after about five minutes. It was just sitting on the counter, unattended, in front of the manager. My husband works in food service and will be the first to say that is a major mistake. An unattended sandwich on a counter is bad customer service.I ordered the chicken soup and tuna salad sandwich on wheat. It was okay, but I did not think it was worth the price. I could have gotten more food for my dollar at Newk’s.We found the cashier to be rude and dismissive, talking down to us when we asked for our son’s chips and a spoon for my soup. It felt unorganized and needed to be picked up.We do not plan on returning. Usually we will give restaurants a second chance because we understand everyone has an off day, but something about the ambiance turned us off.

Really good alternative to the other gross fast food breakfast options.

Took my own advice (see previous review) and ordered breakfast. The egg and cheese bagel i ordered exceded expectations29 May, 2011The roma roast beef sandwich (served cold & not toasted) tasted fresh and pretty good. Everything else looked like it might be good as well. I recommend trying it for lunch or breakfast.

Great simple breakfast. Fast service and good food. The soups and lunch menu looked good, too!
