We arrived at the resturant and were told our wait would be 10 mins about 25 mins later we finally were taken to a table. Our waiter Damon was nice, we ordered our drinks and appetizer. It took almost an hour to get our chips and queso. My fathers tea had a piece of someone’s latex (maybe) glove. They didnt apologize or even give us that drink for free. Also we went 20 mins waiting for drinks to be refilled. Our waiter was not attentive we only saw him when he took our order and brought our food usually. Once to have our drinks refilled but he only saw our drinks were empty when he brought out food. I have a 14 month old and two hours spent in a resturant with a two year old is unacceptable. Once we recieved our food it was pathetic wasnt anything like it said it would be on the menu. Mediocre food for a long wait. We will not be returning or recommending this place.
Usually pretty fast service. Very well priced. I like to order chicken strips off the appetizers section because it’s cheaper and it’s pretty much the same amount of food. The tilapia is my favorite. Also the Monte Cristo is delicious (huge sandwich, will have leftovers but it’s not as good reheated because it is fried)
