Best vegan food ever!. I’m following Drs. Esselstyn and McDougall’s no-oil plant-based whole foods diet for heart health and weight loss and am slowly getting used to eating food without oil. I asked Chef Will if it were possible for him to make me a decent meal with no oil. One chef told me it was impossible for food to taste good without oil. Chef Will didn’t bat an eye and said he is a chef. I ordered a blackened tofu dish with steamed brown rice. With sliced avocados on the side, tomatoes artfully arranged, and I don’t remember what else, everything was seasoned to perfection. I didn’t expect much but was blown away by the gourmet presentation. I can’t wait to go back. All I could think about while chowing down was that this no-oil vegan way of life ain’t bad. Not bad at all. I can’t wait to go back.
This place is so good! Chef Will’s treatment of portabello mushrooms are unmatched in the area. The smoothies are great, too! To top it all off, the owner is super easy going.
OMG! Love it! Portabelllla.. took my friend she say she dont like mushroom, & dont like vegetarian! She love it much as i do, spring rolls! ‘chips n salsa’ i dont even know what else & i got it Bad, i’m a addict for chef will. Bring ur own cloth napkin. Ur gonn needz it.
Fabulous food and Chef Will is so nice! Call ahead if you are in a hurry because Chef Will does it all, takes orders, prepares the order and is the cashier, but it was worth the wait if you want healthy, delicious food.
AWESOME FOOD!!!. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food you prepared. The chicken on a stick and tenders were great. So was the rice and spinach dip you made. You were right, we had plenty of food. People came back for seconds and even thirds. Thanks so much for all of your help. We will definitely keep you in mind for future events. Be blessed! 🙂
Really Good. This little place is a well kept secret that is not so secret any more. Great food that is bargain priced. The beans and greens are worth the trip, but every item I have had is wonderful.
Beyond delicious!. Spinach dipwich is my favorite. He has gotten me addicted…good thing I work all day and I can’t get over to Lowe Mill. By the way, he isn’t just a good chef, he is also a really cool guy! Also, just list off the flavors of fruit you like and he will make any kind of delicious smoothie for you! Kids love it…and so do I!
