Ok, I have been in the food industry for over 15 years. I have been hearing so much talk about this restaurant and someone decided to buy us lunch from their. I chose the original with pasta salad. After receiving my food, I was highly disappointed. The portions of food were like wow is this a kids meal. What really set me over the edge was like we’re the bread and I was told you have to ask for that. I then responded by saying wow I have looked at this menu and did not see any bread choices. All and all I see why business fail in the first year. Need to try to get it together at this location as for portion sizes, cleanness, and customer service.
Let me start by saying I slept on the decision to write this review for at least 2 days! I believe that people work hard for there money and when they spend it on things they enjoy they should not feel as if they are wasting there money! That is what is happening when I spend my money at this location! I have been eating with chicken salad chick since they opened here in huntsville, I feel like I went through changes with them! Ha! But I have never had such a horrible experience. This Huntsville location is a disaster these last few months something has changed and it has not been good. This is the 3rd time I have eaten here and the place has been a mess, it smells in the back, and the staff seems as if they don’t care. Now I don’t work in the restaurant field but I know your suppose to be friendly towards your guest. But if rude and impatient is what you want this is the place to be! I’m so use to my order being wrong that I just look forward to trying a different Chicken salad but it’s beginning to get sad. The young lady that use to be the manager would be so nice and helpful when I had a problem but now I can’t tell who’s running the show. And now when I address my issue I get looked at as if I’m the problem. No! I WAS a loyal customer to this company I had nothing but great things to say about this place but I will no longer be wasting my hard earned money.
The epitome of girly dining, Chicken Salad Chick is everything! Fruity Fran is on the sweeter side of the chicken salad spectrum. The polar opposite (and refreshingly spicy) is the Kickin’ Kaye Lynn, laced with buffalo sauce, jalapeos, cayenne pepper and more! Do not leave without trying the broccoli salad and the grape salad…I promise you will thank me. Timely service and a smiling staff sum up this casual and fun dining experience.
I had a terrible experience with a catering order placed with Chicken Salad Chick’s Huntsville, AL location. The delivery was for a business function and arrived 45 minutes late. When we initially called the restaurant to check on the status of the order, the manager told us that he would call the driver. When he was unable to reach the driver, he let us know, but did not answer any additional calls from my cell phone number in an effort to not handle the situation as he did not have a remedy. The phone at the restaurant was answered when we attempted calling from another number. When the delivery drivers did arrive, they told me that they had gotten lost. They then proceeded to set out the food and drinks, but had not brought a container in which to hold ice and simply set the bag on the table where it began leaking water. They also gave us trays of fruit that were meant for their next catering order (which was a lunch for 200 guests that they were also late getting to). When they realized their error, theyretrievedthe trays to take to their next stop. However, guests had already started to eat from them when they removed them! I would not recommend using their services for any events in the future.
Such Awesomeness!!!. Finally, your open! I have waited for Chick Salad Chick to open for 2 months now. It was WELL worth the wait. Dine in was nice & very inviting. The staff was excellent & the food was AWESOME! This will be my once a week stop in & eat.
