Is it always training day?. Needed a quick lunch – in and out, that was the plan. Bless her heart, but the waitress must have finished Chili University Training Camp in the very bottom spot. She kept taking things to the wrong table. When our food did come out, 50 minutes after we sat down, we told them it had to be boxed up. Yes, they paid for our lunches … but when we finally got to eat (at our respective desks, while working), my avocados were brown and my friend’s fajitas were terrible. What an ever-lovin’ disaster. Chains are not complicated things to run. The food isn’t fresh, we all know this. So how hard is it to make a burger? Were they out there on University Drive waiting for a cow to get hit so they could use its meat? Ridiculous. Oh, and the queso wasn’t warm at all. We sent it back – we’re bold, brave women… that’s how we were raised up. When it returned to the table it was meh. Life is too complicated to put up with crappy service, rotten food, and cold cheese dip.Get it together, Chili’s!
Yuck. The food was absolutely terrible and I spent quite a bit of change. Won’t do this Chiles ever again.
Are you kidding me? Last time I was there I had an entire picture of tea dumped on me by a waiter. NO ONE INCLUDING A MANAGER had the decency to apologize AND I even had to pay for my meal! This place should be condemned. The time before my last visit we got horrible service! Hell will freeze over before I step foot in this place again. Period.
Danger – Bad Service. I’ve been to other Chili’s, and I’ve liked the food. I’m not sure what these guys are doing, but it’s not part of the recipe. During my worst experience, it tasted like my meal was cooked by Chef Mike (the microwave). Then, after the server took our order, we never saw her again. Another guy served our food, and we never got a refill on drinks.Basically, don’t go here!
This is one of mine & my husbands favorite places but we were disappointed with this one. We didn’t get our appetizers until our meal came, my husbands tortilla shells were stale & we ran out of drinks & no refill for a while 🙁
Nice easy meal and very good flavor. Outstanding selection of a variety of foods, including many grilled, sensible choices. I had a combo with Margarita grilled chicken and garlic lime spicy grilled shrimp. It was outstanding and served quickly. The service was a little slow at first but great overall!
Good service. Good food. It’s a regular on our weekly stop at lunch.
