Not what I expected. I ate here for lunch and had the southern BBQ chicken sandwich. it was good, but for a $12 sandwich I was thinking there would be more on it. the chicken was good, but the bacon onion jam didn’t seem to make it onto the sandwich. maybe you get more for your money at dinner? my sandwich seemed to have too much bread and now enough filling, but the fish tacos were filled to the brim and served on only half a tortilla making it impossible to eat without everything falling out. not a prime situation in a fancy restaurant. was told that the shrimp and grits were delicious.

Tremendous Experience. My wife and I are pretty selective about providing high approvals for dining out, but it is easy to say that our meal at the Commerce Kitchen were great! That includes the quality of the food and customer service. Can’t wait to go back!

Had a 18.00 dollar burger that was not taste appealing. Vegetarian plate was also very subpar. Overall experience was just bad. Will not go back and would not recommend it

Fun Local Dinner Spot. Commerce Kitchen never disappoints. The food is delicious and staff is friendly. Really enjoyed talking to the manager, Bradley. When having company from out of town, this is one of the places I take them. Have a great lunch menu too!

Poor Service. Last night we arrived at Commerce Kitchen at 6:30. We waited a while and saw several tables that arrived after us receive drinks. Finally a server came and took our drink order and told us about the special. He never came back to our table again. Other tables that arrived after us were served drinks and appetizers. At 7:10 (40 minutes after arrival) we got up and checked out. We were very unhappy. The manager did give us our drinks at no charge. We went to D & L Bistro on S Memorial Parkway and had an excellent experience.

Knowledgeable staff. I had the chef make me a vegan meal. The quinoa was FANTASTIC. Our waiter was an absolute delight.

Finally made it out…. Well after years of it being open I finally made it out to Commerce Kitchen. My party of 3 was a last minute decision, I called ahead and spoke to the manager and was able to get a table in 45min. This was just before Christmas and everywhere was packed so being able to call ahead on a busy weeknight was nice. We were seated at the bar, where the drinks were generous and strong! Our table was ready closer to the 1hr mark, but the food was fantastic! I saw someone order a sirloin and it looked good enough to be a filet (it wasn’t) but was more than enjoyable. We all throughly enjoyed the food and I was almost shocked at how small our bar tab was!Overall it was very enjoyable and everyone had a good time, we got out of there just before closing and no one was rushing us out the door, very polite staff and very well run by Bradley. We look forward to another evening there in the future.
