Terrible Customer Service!. The wings are good, great actually. However, I will never return to this establish due to the lack of customer service that has been displayed every single time I have visited! The young lady who takes orders, typically at night NEVER greets customers. Instead she looks at with a snobbish look as someone made her apply for this job. No greeting. No thank-you have a good day. It’s ridiculous. Everyone in the area has mentioned the horrible customer service. I love supporting my own, unfortunately until DRUMSTIXX does something to about this issue, they will no longer receive my business. I’ll definitely go to American Deli where I’m viewed as a valued customer.
Good taste bad service. The wings are great ! The food is always fresh. The wait time and customer service could probably be better. I just called to place a call in order(30 mins before they close) and I was told they’re not doing call ins anymore, why? It typically takes about 30-40 minutes to get wings so by the time I get there my food would be ready. I just want them to be friendly (smile) and have the customer friendly attitude. Seventy-five percent of the reason a customer never returns to an establishment is due to customer service.
Greatly enjoyed it!. I first saw the restaurant in passing then heard how good it was from a coworker of mine. About two weeks later, I finally made my way in and have bee going ever since. The staff was very friendly and the menu was very broad. One of the best things about the food, other than it being good, it caters to both those who like fried foods and those who like comfort food. I have yet to be disappointed and will return!
Great Food.. Food was great had the Lemon Pepper Wings an they weren’t all Big Just right.. Nextime I’ll get more tho Make sure u Check it out!!
Prepare to wait. Today was my first time going to this restaurant. I’m a student at the college around the corner from the restaurant. My college is unfortunately a meat free campus so a soul food restaurant so close to me was a God send. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was reasonable priced. The only problem was the wait time. It took them 40 minutes to get the my order, 3 piece fish and fries, ready. Nevertheless when it finally did get to me it was hot, fresh, and flavorful. 7.5/10 would recommend if you have the time to wait.
