Tasty Food and Dessert. The Frozen Custard is a tasty treat to combat the summer heat. Chocolate and Vanila are always available but their Flavor of the Day keeps it interesting. I’ve had the salads, catfish and chicken tenders/wings on my visits and without complaint. I don’t care for burgers but they do serve them there. The service is usually friendly but sometimes slow so wouldn’t recommend stopping in if you’re in a hurry. The facility is kept clean and overall, a good place to eat for fast food.
I love their custard ice cream it is so smooth and creamy. The chicken tenders are made from fresh chicken. I like that they let me substitute sides.
Stopped by for dinner. Had the catfish and they were 4 of the smallest pieces that I have ever seen. Brought them to the mgrs attn and she said they looked teeny tiny. She brought me another order and they were fine. Onion rings were tasty. Butter pecan cone topped me off. Other orders were fine and I didn’t hear any complaints. Concretes were full of cookie dough and strawberry cheesecake. I have the wing and chicken strips normally.
Frozen Custard in Alabama. Food is great but I go there for the frozen custard. It made just like it’s made in the Midwest. I get the vanilla and chocolate in a cup.
