I highly recommend this place. We may have found our new favorite. I had the Grouper Oscar and hollandaise sauce, with white corn cheese grits and asparagus. The cheese board was also excellent.
We ate here for a work retirement luncheon with a rather large group of about 30 people or so. Grille 29 had two staff members dedicated to our group, and they handled it like absolute pros. Drinks stayed full. Food was prompt, warm, and delicious. I had never been herebefore ( had only heard of the name of the restaurant), but I will definitely go back again based on this experience. Fantastic.
Some of the execution was lazy (too much oil on the veggies), but the ingredient quality is pretty good(fresh bread and quality meats). The price points for some of the items were a tad north of what they should be based off of what you get in return. The service here is a strength.
I ate here for the first time I tried the chicken and waffles they were the bomb! The chicken was juicy the waffles nice and crispy and fluffy and OMG! Just writing this is making me sad that I’m not there now! Ha! Will be back soon!
Chicken and waffles… Perfect combination! The waffles were crispy and the chicken flavored just right! Definitely one of the best brunches in Huntsville.
Grille 29 is my favorite place to eat in Huntsville. The food and service are always exceptional. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy.
Great Lunch! Wonderful All Around. Wonderful Experience and Food. The staff was very nice and checked in our group. We went on a Saturday, and it wasn’t very busy for lunch. The food was on the pricey side, but it was cheaper to go for lunch. I am so glad we did! There were 8 of us, and all of us enjoyed our food. We loved our drinks and dessert as well. Everything was really great! Atmosphere was so nice and the restaurant itself is very classy!
