  This place us horrible. Saturday morning and 1 person working the drive thru taking the order and also getting the food. I timed the response and just taking the order took 6 minutes. The attendant ask you to hold while he is getting the food for the person in front of me. Then on to the window. Another 5 minutes. not to mention a slow leisurely stroll from the window to the place they pick up the food. Horrible horrible, I suggest if you want a burger just get in line for breakfast and you will be first in line for lunch. And I also have experienced rudeness from the staff.

  This facility is poor when it comes to employees, managers and district. They have poor training so when you place a order at the window, they can’t seem to get it straight. Happened to me twice so the second time I complained to the window cashier. Yes I was mad and said some bad words but not to the cashier. When I got up to the window the manager on duty jumped me. She was saying I was being rude. I called the district and she could have cared less. Not professional at all! It’s not my problem when the employee can’t get my order straight. Next time I go inside and place the order. I didn’t get the sandwich I order (found out later when I got home). This was a to go order and I had to ask for a napkin cause none was placed in my to go bag. I was told to get them from one of the tables like I was dining in. They had 2 stakes behind the register. When I got home that evening from work I called to get the district managers # (never received a receipt) with a #. When I called the district manager she was rude and said why was I calling so late. Because I just got home from work and when I called the store they didn’t give me a time to call. I was told I shouldn’t come back to the restaurant anymore. She should be fired as I am a customer paying her paycheck. Sad thing is Hardee’s doesn’t get much business these days and no wonder with the service they give. This Hardee’s needs to go out of business. Also the the sandwich was dried out. Very poor service here because management couldn’t care less. Spend your hard earning money else were folks. This Hardee’s is a total joke and the joke is on the customer!!!

  Terrible Service. This is one of the worst Hardee’s I have been to. They almost never get your order right and on top of that I have had a few give me attitude. DO NOT go to this Hardees, it is bad!

  Worst One in Huntsville. The management is horrible, they got my order wrong at least 4 times withing the past 2 months. I would recommend anyone going to hardees to not go to this location and to go to another one . Support the one near Five points not this garbage part of the franchise.
