Not Impressed. Very disappointed. I ordered the Hibachi steak and I received the Hibachi shrimp. When I called to advise them the lady argued with me and said that is what I ordered. I was then advised I could bring back the meal and they would replace it. I was on my lunch hour and that was not an option for me. Very poor customer service. I will not be returning.
I like it. Great for take out. Price can’t be beat. If you’ve ever eaten at any hibachi restaurant, it’s the exact same taste and quality at half the price. The gyoza was excellent. 1 hibachi steak, 1 hibachi chicken, 1 order of gyoza, and one hot and sour soup for two rang in around $18.Oh, and if you actually dine in, you receive a free side of nostalgia from realizing you’re eating Japanese food in a Wendy’s from 1994.
I tried the hibachi steak with vegetables and fried rice. The steak was lean and tender. It had a nice terriyaki type flavor. The price was a little over 6 dollars. It was good food and good value.
Pretty Good. When we go we usually get the hibachi steak and the dumplings. It’s a lot of food for a fair price.
