Great food! The bibimbap is delicious! Let the rice sit in the bottom of the bowl, and it crisps up very nicely! The service is slow sometimes but always friendly.

The food was delicious. We started with fried dumplings. Then I had the Bulgogi bibimbap and my husband had the short rib soup (don’t remember the correct name). We love trying new places to eat and like all the different flavors I Love Korea had to offer. The servers were attentive and friendly.

Disappointed. Me and the wife had not enjoyed a Korean Meal in awhile, so after hearing that Korea House had closed and looking at the reviews, we thought we would try I Love Korea. Right off the bat, the waiter who is clearly not Korean, serves two bowls of Miso soup. If you know Asian food, you will know right away that Miso soup is Japanese, not Korean. For our appetizer we ordered 12 pieces of their fried dumplings, which we know in Korea as yakimandu. Hot off the stove and the side sauce was good, but only can give their yakimandu a B grade. Our main course was Bulgolgi, small portions, slightly overcooked. The sides they brought out, kimchi, and the turnip variety, again were small portions and the kimchi did not taste right to me and I know there are probably a million variations of Kimchi. Just disappointed. Had eaten at Korea House for probably 30 years or so, but they declined near the end but still better than I Love Korea. My wife, who is not Korean, but loves kimchi and Korea, because of me I guess.

Went for lunch today. The parking lot was packed. Need I say more? Well, I’m going to anyway. It was delicious! Got extra helpings of the cabbage kimchi because it was perfect. What did we get? It’s called something like bibimbap–the sizzling pot of various yummy veggies and rice with marinated beef and an egg on top. It’s four o’clock, so I’m not hungry; but my mouth is watering just describing it. Going to try and beat the lunch rush next time!

I love the food. It makes my mouth water, my body relaxed, and soul fufilled. The service is top notch and makes you feel like family. When you come here be prepared for the food!
