Bad service. I had occasion to stop by the windchester rd, location of Jacks today 12 Mar 2014 and put in my order; however I was asked to wait in a particular area due to some of the order which had to be cooked. I waited and waited so finally I went inside and let it be known that I was still waiting. A lady came to me, said she had my order so I took it and went to my car; however, when I got to the car another person came to the car and I realized I had been given the wrong order.This long delay is unacceptable for me, the customer and could have been avoided. This will not stop me from doing buniness with this location but should serve as a reminder that customers should not be held up so long.Leon HayesHuntsville, al
