Saw good reviews and decided to try. It is a chain. I got the big kahuna cheese steak. While edible, i am disappointed. The bread was soggy from the juices and at one point was eating it with a fork. It does have a nice bite to it though, and i love mushrooms, so thats really its only saving grace.
Why ranked so low?. Jersey Mike’s is TERRIFIC & they have a 91% rating as of this writing. Why are they so low in the local rankings? I do not understand!!! The subs are terrific, the service is good (you can even order online!) and the place is very clean. I have eaten there many times and can never understand why it’s almost never busy. With a Jersey Mike’s in town, why do people even GO to Subway? Stanleo’s? I don’t know. Oh well – more for me!!
