What happened to this place!. Logan’s was one of my fav lunch places, close to work and got you in and out fast. Went there for dinner last week and it was AWFUL. Ordered the kickin chicken salad (as I normally do) and it came out with frozen lettuce! VERY odvious that it had been made up for hours and just stuck in fridge. My sister ordered a steak and it was barely edible. WILL NOT be going back any time soon.
Has a long way to go. There were five of us dining here on a Sunday. The waiter was very indifferent about his job. The food orders came out at different times. The orders were missing items or had the wrong sides. The last order finally came out about ten minutes after the first meal came out. The burgers were salty and the vegetables were barely warm. The manager did comp us the meal..
Disappointing. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. The food isn’t as good as it used to be and the prices went up. This is why I stopped eating here. Used to get the kickin chicken salad, sirloin steak, baby back ribs, or a burger.
Very good. I got one of their burgers with Sweet Potato fries and it was delicious.My biggest complaint is when you go to order a draft beer: they don’t have the prices listed…..So I asked the waitress and of course she was clueless. It was annoying because the menu had every other price for every other item on the menu EXCEPT draft beer…..Well, come to find out, there’s a reason for that: The pint of Sam Adams I got was $6!!! I could buy a 6 pack for that much!Other than that it was a very positive experience. Will go back.Also, I recommend the Roadhouse Tea.
Was…ok. Price was very good, but we had a few issues. First, I ordered sliders…they were overcooked. When you make a burger that’s 14 of the size of a regular one…you really need to ensure you don’t over cook it and dry it out. Secondly, my wife ordered the deluxe burger w/onions, bacon cheese and mushrooms. It came out cold. I don’t mean lukewarm, I mean left out for 20 minutes and room temperature cold. The waitress took it back and it came out just right, awesome. Next, she took a bite…no bacon? Called the waitress and asked about the bacon…verified it on the menu. She offered to get the manager. I thought that appropriate at this point…after all, it’s not the waitresses fault the food is missing something she can’t see. The manager apparently gave her a couple slices of bacon and sent her back to our table. Seriously? If something is missing form your food, it’s not prepared correctly. My mother didn’t even get anything with her baked potato…no butter, nothing…just the potato. The manager needs to be involved to ensure his cooks are preparing the food correctly, or to ensure his plates are going out right. Failing that, he’s responsible for ensuring the customer has a good experience at the restaurant. In the end, the waitress felt bad and brought my young son one of the small deserts…which I was grateful for as we had decided to leave and possibly go get him a desert somewhere else. I’m glad she took the initiative and covered for her management, but honestly…that’s not her job.I won’t say I’ll never go back…I don’t live here, but I come to Huntsville a few times a year for upgrade training and I really like the one in Montgomery. All in all, good recovery on the waitress (and her tip reflected it), she made sure everything else good. Bad on the management…once a customer asks you to come and speak to them (whether for what you consider a valid complaint or not), you have a responsibility to go and see what’s going on. I wasn’t trying to yell at anyone, but I can’t have been the only one getting things that were’t completed on my plates.
Always pleased. Went to lunch with a friend recently and decided to try a salad. It was great! I have always enjoyed the steak, grilled chicken, and roadies and now will add another favorite to the list with the salads. Wait staff was excellent as always.
Food is decently consistent but usually very good. Love the ribs and the roadie burgers, definately the favorite in my household. Hostess/ host and wait staff are always very nice and friendly.
