I’ve read the bad reviews regarding this restaurant and I must say EVERY TIME I go, my experience is very pleasant. Normally, my server is Deneilia and she has the best personality ever. She makes sure my order is right and we are well taken care of. And whenever there is a problem she shows genuine concern. And to top it off the food is pretty good.
Pathetic hostesses 3 times in a row!. Didn’t even get to the food this last time ( And will be the last time until I forget about it). I wanted to take my wife out to a nice early dinner for Mother’s Day. Since we like the steak here, she suggested it, and I agreed. So we arrive about 4pm. There is already a wait of about 10 people which makes no sense since there is half an empty restaurant. There are 3, yes, 3 hostesses all of which are doing absolutely nothing. No management to be found. Just like the last time where the hostess had to boot 4 EMPLOYEES out a booth so that my wife and I can be sat ( they were taking up the only available booth, my wife is pregnant and I have back injuries so we requested a booth). This is the most unprofessional bunch of clowns I have ever seen. I have been in the customer service industry for over 17 years and I have never seen the likes of this place. Every manager and hostess should be fired, no doubt about it. The only pleasantry is the servers. They are always awesome! Maybe management should take some notes from them, they might just learn something. ( this is the University Drive location in Huntsville I am speaking about)
2 thumbs down. Slow, food not that great, overpriced for what you get, server got the drinks mixed up (seriously, how hard is it to fix a drink that has three ingredients?)not going back….

Their chicken strawberry and mandarin oranges was excellent.
Nice value. Do not let the fact Longhorn is a chain scare you away from this steakhouse. Service is wonderful; and, the food is better than the price tag.
This IS the best steakhouse since the fogcutter closed. although they tend tend to overcook just a little, the wait staff ask you to check your steak when it’s brought out so you can get it corrected straight away. you cannot go wrong go wrong eating here.
