Overpriced and overrated. Screwed up our order, but made it right, but had to wait for the correction and drinks, and the corrected pizza came out doughy and undercooked. It was also my daughters birthday, and we told the server about it, because we got an email with a $5 off because of it. He told us she would get a cookie. No cookie, no $5 off. I won’t be back.
Awful and overpriced. Every time I’ve gone in to dine I’ve had great food, first time I got a to go order it was BAD. One large pizza half cheese and half 2 toppings should not cost $27 plus there were extra toppings on there I don’t like and never ordered. Crust was awful, lost my business.
15 minutes?. Never ever go there if you have a craving for Mellow Mushroom. The location on Providence is much better. We went for dinner around 7pm on a Wednesday. The hostess was very polite and seated us promptly. Being the middle of dinner rush, it was pretty busy. However, we sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our drink order. No less than 4 servers walked past us in that time. The food is not worth the service.
Wow, wow, wow! I have to say, this was probably the greatest dining experience I’ve ever had. The food was great and the open kitchen allowed us to see all the extreme tossing action goes into making pizza. One employee in particular (probably about 5 ft 6, 125 lbs with a beard) blew our minds with his mastery over the dough. Would dine again, one of a kind experience!
Everytime I go to this particular Mellow Mushroom, my pizza comes to my table at room temperature or colder. I’ll make the drive to the other location in town for a hot pizza.
I have been to this chain all over and it’s always a solid choice. It’s pretty simple if you like hot pizza and cold beer look no further than Mellow Mushroom. Great selection of pizzas. My new favorite is the half house special and half gourmet white. Delicious!
