Melvin’s! Stop what you’re doing, and with no further delay EAT AT MELVIN’S! Make no mistake, the man knows what he’s doing! Melvin is an expert pit master, and his pulled pork, ribs, and yes even the chicken, are definitely something to write home about. From his mammoth-sized barbecue sandwiches, and generous portioned rib plates, to the heavy-hitting sides, Melvin’s Place of Barbecue is something only rarely seen in today’s franchise restaurant world. Make no mistake, Melvin’s is not upscale by any stretch of the imagination, but then again, barbecue never has been a white-collar, coat-and-tails affair. It’s about eating good. And that’s where Melvin’s wins hands-down.

Ribs. Fall off the bone ribs with a BBQ sauce made in house from scratch.
Not a good experience. The food was mediocre, and the dining area smelled faintly of sewage. I won’t be back.
