I used to love this place. My coworkers and I went to this restaurant at just three times a month for lunch. Our experience differed each time we went, but for the most part the food was good. After my experience last night, I will not return. The lady who normally work the cashier was so rude. She tried to con me out of my money and would not give me a refund. After demanding several times to give me my money back, she finally did …but I was so disgusted by her behavior, I told her I will never be back!
New Hibachi chef is such a good cook!. A young man who is just starting out this week was our chef today and his sister was our waitress. They don’t know a whole lot of english but their team members watching over them helped serve us and made sure we were happy. What the chef lacks in experience he makes up for with his hard work and efforts to improve and impress. Keep it up! We didn’t have as much time getting to know our waitress but she served well and was very attentive to our needs.
Great Sushi. Great food. They had lots of different menus. 3 different sushi menus and 2 different menus for lunch. You have to ask them for other menus if you don’t find what you’re looking for right away because they don’t give them to you right up front. The staff was kind of rude at first but then they warmed up. When I go there alone sometimes they make me sit in the back with a regular table and I don’t really like that because I like to go for the entertainment even if I’m alone.
Staff in a big rush although the place was not crowded, rude to my family when they asked a few questions. Chef was dull and the food mediocre. Never again for us. We’ve been to much better Ichiban restaurants before.
Ordering to go from their for the first time ever trying their food isn’t a great idea probably! Not a fan! However if you like it, then their portions are of good size! About all I have:(
I loved their sushi. The menu didn’t have everything they offer. The waitress had another little menu she kept in her pocket with the better stuff. Weird right? But it was amazing.
Went for sushi. What I ate was bargain quality for gourmet prices. Nobody could answer any question I asked. I will go anywhere else in town for sushi before I revisit this restaurant. I have had a good experience here eating hibachi, but my most recent visit can only receive 1 out of 5 stars.
