Fast not tasty. As with most fast-food restaurants, the quality of the ingredients is simply not as good as a nicer restaurant. I’ve tried so many times to like this place but always come away disappointed. Either too salty or too spicy, never very tasty…
Overrated. This place is about what you would expect from a fast food noodle place. I know they cook to order but the flavors are always lacking in my opinion. It’s like a bad cross between Italian and American cuisine.
Fast Service and Good Food. I went for the first time with my wife and cousin. We were all surprised by the diversity of the selections. We ate at an off hour, and our food arrived very quickly (which is not always a given at some restaurants). My wife and I both got the pesto pasta, which we liked very much.
Oily food. In the last couple of months I have gone to NBN twice, both times gotten the fettucini alfredo, and both times been incredibly disappointed. the noddles were all stuck together. there was too much cheese on top of the noddles which made it harder for the noddles to come apart. and the amount of oil that sank to the bottom of the bowl was ridiculous. i remember really liking this place when it first opened years ago. but unfortunately, i won’t be back.
The service was terrible but the food is good like always. Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service.
Nothing But Good. I came here for lunch with a date on my lunch break from work. the menu had more than enough to curb almost any craving, and i found myself debating for a while about what to get. i ended up going basic and getting the alfredo with added shrimp. my date got the three cheese mac and cheese. the wait was very short, and we had multiple workers come and ask us if our food was good. the food was great, although i was hoping for a little more shrimp. but the serving sizes are large and the price isnt bad at all. i will be coming back as often as my diet permits.
One of my favorite places!. My favorite is the Pesto and Noodles. Sometimes I add veggies. I have to split a piece of their cheese cake with my husband every time I go. Good!
