Service and food are not worth the money. Everything was cold or looked like it been sitting under the warmer for a while. Salad and breadsticks were good. Service was lackluster. First time we’d been in a few years… It will be a few more before we go back.
Bad. Quality of food served is poor. None of the food I’ve had has been fresh– bagged salads, over cooked frozen meat, cold soup. The prices are too high for the quality of food they serve and the location is terrible. You are better off buying the ingredients and cooking your own Italian food.
No complaints here. The food and service has always been good. I will definitely eat here again.
When we first got there the host acted like he didn’t know how to seat people. They sat us in a nasty both. We waited for the waiter and we noticed a very smelly smell!. The smell was so bad that we couldn’t sit there any longer. The manger offered to move us be we decided to leave. Glad the drinks were on them.
The bartender was clueless. We asked her for a couple plates, she said that she had none but there were a few in plain sight of her stacked right behind her. ( we asked because we received none with our appetizer .) My pregnanct wife had to get up to find us some silverware even. ( we were in a booth in the bar area.) We both ordered the steak Tuscana, not even close to worth $20 that they charge. My wife had plastic stuck to a pepper slice that was served as a side item with potatoes. We tried one last time to give a chance to redeem themselves from our last visit, and I promise, we will never be back. Our server was great though, I guess that counts for something?
Great atmosphere. Love the food. They treat you like one of their own
Totally unacceptable food covered in inexcusably bad sauce. Overbooked chicken, sloppy plating, no standards. Conveniently located between two crackhouse motels the place keeps a marked police car in the parking lot. Yet for some reason, the place was packed.
