The food was not on par with other Olive Garden locations. There wasn’t anything unusual with the bread or salad, but my pasta dish was not good. The ziti was watery, and the sauce and cheese were not in the right proportions. Overall lackluster.
We were extremely disappointed with the food and service. This location has really gone downhill since the last time we were here (2-years?). The service was not courteous, attentive or knowledgeable – once you pass the host/hostess the service stops. The food, oh brother… The meats were all scorched (salmon, steak & chicken). The meat surface was either crunchy or leathery. Menu is overpriced for the quality of the food. Manager was helpful and gave a gift card as a consolation. Won’t be back to use it though. Pasta here might be safe choice, but for the price, nah.
