Not Good. This used to the most consistent place in Huntsville. It has been steadily going downhill over the last few years. We keep giving it a chance every few months and have been very disappointed. We picked up curbside tonight and my potato was undercooked and my wife’s sweet potato looked like a shriveled piece of skin with the inside sucked out. Sad to see one of the better ones go downhill so fast.
Usually good. Had a great meal recently. Steak was prepared perfectly and was nice. Mahi was delicious. The service was even great. Our server was super nice and patient. We had reservations, but still had to wait approximately fifteen minutes. All in all, a nice time and meal.
Hideous service today-told to sit wherever–didn’t come back to check on drinks, five servers passed our empty, dry table several times–no one offered anything. Food ndver came. Finding this to be a downhill trend at this locale today. Not worth the extra money. Go to Logans instead.
Seriously?. Outback has some of the most bland food I have ever eaten (which seems popular here in the south). It’s not worth the price. The customer service was good but the place is hardly worth the wait when half a dozen other restaurants in town have better steaks, less wait, and a lower cost.
Lower-end of the chain. My first experience at an Outback was in Memphis and it was a pleasurable one. The Outback in Huntsville on Whitesburg Drive however has been consistently bad. Service has been horrible every time, and every time one or more of us has had to send the food back because the order was wrong. My first time there the waitress just walked up and took my entree away before I was even done eating it. The food has never been special either.

We do not agree with the items that were taken off of the menu either- the pork chops have always been our favorite and are not available any more. The Alice springs chicken is always good but we miss the pork chops!
