It’s a chain. The smell of old cooking grease permeates the outside air. Having sampled their fare here, and in Nashville, I find them utterly unremarkable and so-so, which is par for the course for chain operations.

The food is so good for a chain restaurant! I recommend the Saigon Rolls and the Kaleidoscope Roll. There are many vegetarian options. The staff is incredibly attentive, once you get past the mean girls at the hostess station.
Had a horrible experience today. We have eaten at this restaurant dozens of times. The egg drop soup was nuked to the point the eggs were burned . We did not say a word. Then the spring rolls arrived looking nothing like the spring rolls we traditionally order. Burned, my husband asked for rolls that were not burned . We were told fresh rolls were being cooked. Within 60 seconds the SAME burned rolls were delivered. My husband asked for the manager. He went back to the kitchen and reappeared with same burned rolls for the third time. He said that was the spring rolls he could serve us in a very non managerial tone. It was quite a surreal experience. We will never go back . Many things have changed at this favorite go to spot (120 miles RT). Needless to say, we will not be returning .
Egg Drop Soup. This dish made we like egg drop soup. Truly enjoyed it!
Extremely overrated. The restaurant itself is nice, that’s what you’re paying for. After an hour wait we were greeted by our waitress, Taylor, was overly nice and tried very hard. Too hard. We wanted a romantic dinner, but she was at our table so much it became quickly annoying. My lettuce wraps were okay. The cup of rice was over cooked. Food and service were nothing special. Will not be returning.
I like PF Changs but i alwsys skip the oversized, high-priced entres & just order an appetizer & specialty drink.
