Good customer service. I went to Panera Bread today for lunch. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad for lunch. I had forgotten to tell the cashier to put my dressing on the side. I told a manager and he said no problem we will fix it. Out came my salad with dressing on the side. The manager said even if it was already made, the cooks would re make it. Now that is good customer service!!

This is the worst panera I have ever been to.
Don’t come after 6pm. They run out of your favorite soup, they run out of the baguette bread, and they forget to make the teas. If you just want coffee, you may be ok.
