Best food truck in town. Great pulled pork. I love the Pig Mac (fried mac n cheese topped with pulled pork and bacon). The piggy burger and fries are both fantastic too. Highly recommend!!
There’s a reason this chef won the inaugural Rocket Chef cookoff. These are the best burgers in Huntsville. Richer than King Midas and more decadent than a hedonist lifestyle, you’ll want this food every day of the week. I’d recommend you pace yourself though.
I just got done eating the Fire in te Hole burger. It is definitely spicy, and very flavorful. A little messier than I had hoped. Overall, worth it for the price point. Staff was very friendly.
Best sandwiches in town by a long shot! super friendly and helpful and will customize anything to your liking but trust me its perfect the way it is. Bring back the New Mexican chili burger and make it a permanent menu item!!!i have yet to find a burger or sandwich i didn’t like, and i usually find one thing i like and stick to it but here no way I’m taking the full menu tour!!

Best Food Truck. The best food truck isn’t in a truck at all but in a food trailer in front of the Antique Market on S.Parkway. The great thing about their menu? No problem with substitutions, at all. Find something you like and customize it to *your* liking. If you eat between 11:30 and 12 you better call ahead, this place is popular! I have now had almost every menu item and have enjoyed them ALL ! UPDATE: I go almost every week; in addition to the menu items they have a weekly special. My wife loves the F.U.C.H sandwich, funny name but it’s like Thanksgiving on a roll. I love the knuckle sandwich and the fire-in-the-hole, sometimes I have them combine the two. Great job by Lacey and Shawn.
The bulgogi burger changed my life. The first bite parted the heavens, and on the seventh bite, I had to rest(it was a huge burger). Amazing food, great prices. A must try.
