Phil Sandoval’s is an immensely popular Mexican restaurant in Huntsville, AL. Conveniently located off US Hwy 72 near Research Park & Rideout Road/Research Park Blvd, their lunchtime, or evening fare is always satisfying, and a bargain. Last time I dined there, I was with a long-time friend of the owner. We didn’t make our presence known to Phil until after we had been seated, waited upon, and served. Our service was phenomenal. Having been there several times, I can attest that whether in large or small groups, PS’s is a place where one can relax with friends, enjoy good food, good companionship, and good times together.
