My wife and I are regulars at this place, lately we’re coming less and less, the service has become very poor, why? Here are the Reasons for us:1. Arrival Time 3:452. Order Placed in 5 minutes3. Meal Ordered : Ultimate Feast & Salmon with Rice Pilaf. And water with lemon.4. We got tired of Waiting 5. Food Arrival 4:27…..6. Meal was Cold upon arrival7. We felt the waitress after a long while was ignoring us, to the point that another waitress came to help us.8. Overall Not Satisfied 9. Literally about 10 to 15 costumers all together 10. We took half of our food home.Do we want to come back??? I don’t know…..How about you?? Be honest!!

They brought a tiny tossed salad with just lettuce, tomato and a couple croutons and no shrimp for $11 the server Vania said it did not come with shrimp.My shrimp tacos were not very warm like it is as sitting in the window a while and tortillas tasted stale though the sauce was good.It took nearly 30 minutes to get our food also at lunch time they did not have any biscuits ready and we had to wait for those tooWe will not return
IT TOOK THE HOUR TO BRING OUR FOOD.OUR WAITER TOLD US JUST ONE MIN,HE TOLD US 3 times.it look like our food had been sitting a long time on a hot plate.and it was burn
Not worth your money.. This was my first time at Red Lobster. I would not return, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t have high expectations going in, because I know national chain restaurants aren’t the place to find outstanding food. It definitely could have been better, even for a chain restaurant. Items ordered: NY Strip and Lobster Tail, Blackened Tilapia with New Orleans sauce, Shrimp Trio.We initially wanted Salmon and another shrimp dish, but they were out of both. This was disappointing because we didn’t really see anything else on the menu that we wanted. The food wasn’t impressive. I was quite hungry by then so that helped with the food tasting better. Some bites of the Tilapia were too salty, while others were bland. The sauce just tasted like a butter-lemon sauce. The shrimp linguine didn’t have enough sauce. The Walt’s shrimp, which is basically fried shrimp, wasn’t fried long enough which made it a little unappetizing. The lobster.. the poor lobster.. it was very bland and dry. The broccoli looked and tasted old. There were black spots on the stem from where it was cut. The biscuits were the best part. One of the things that I found funny was the lobster tank in the front with no lobsters in it haha. I’m not sure how often it stays empty. If you’re going to put up big neon signs outside advertising your live lobsters, I want to see those live lobsters. Service was okay. A waitress left a dirty table across from us, along with the tray with all of the dirty dishes. It was there the entire time we dined, and we were there for around an hour. Another waitress also started to clean the hanging lamps. All of these little details really take away from the dining experience. TL;DR: Food not worth the price. Service was okay. Even the steamed broccoli tasted bad.
Hate big Chain restaurants….. The staff needs an overhaul!!! Lack of caring for their patrons, who are PAYING!!! The food was adequate…not good, not bad, but adequate!! My family wanted to go here, so against better judgement, I relented and would have been better off dressed in a zebra costume dropped in a lions cage!!
Going downhill. This has alwasy been one of our favorite places to eat. Lately the service, atmosphere and quality has gone to pot. Whoever is managing this place is doing a poor job. THis past wednesday we ate there and it was a 2 hour experience-On a Wednesday night, place was half full and they could not handle the meager customer load. this is also have about half the people left after waiting for so long. I don’t knwo why we waited it out. It was redic!
Food was disgusting, service was horrible, and extremely over priced. Will not return. First time in a long time that I have felt completely raped
