They offer a veggie garden burger or a vegetarian boca burger. They also give you free refills on your steak fries (comes with sandwiches) or drinks. The burgers I’ve had have all tasted good. I recommend the burnin love with a garden burger.

Ray was our waiter and he rocks it.The burgers was very good and the fries was good too. We Gad the tall stack of onions rings, they where pretty good. We got there early and bet the crowd. Was not to noisy but again we was their early.

Retired. Yesterday (3-25-14) I had lunch at the red robin on Robert T Jones. A hamburger and fries was $17.95. Way too much for this.. Plus I ordered med-well and the burger came med-rare. Not recommended.

Not going back….too pricey for what you get. What a joke. Got the Burnin Love burger; lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, 4 jalapeno coins, teaspoon of salsa, and couldn’t even taste the sauce, all for $10.29. And then they charged extra for the fries. There are plenty of other good burger joints that are cheaper.

Just ugh!. Always loud and crowded, haven’t had a good service experience here to date. I also don’t understand why they’re known for their burgers? Not good at all, if you want a great burger go across the street to Scene Lounge or off of Airport Road to Bonefish and you’ll pay the same price but for a great burger. Also, endless fries with the burger? The only reason they can offer this deal is because no one wants more than a few of those fries, gross.

Bleh. Much like the vast majority of chains in Huntsville and Madison – overpriced, poor service, and generic bland tasting food. how places like this stay in business is beyond me. good stuff for the unwashed masses i guess…

Meh. Slow service, nice fun atmosphere, bland food. We had four diners with four different entrees. We all remarked that none of our food had any flavor at all. I think the kitchen was out of seasoning. Not awful, not great.
