We havent been to Red Robin in a year or so. I remember the place being clean. Very few servers, lots of diner-less tables and booths. Most were still piled high with leftover food and drinks. Floor was littered with fries and parts of burger buns.
1. The food was as expected and we enjoyed our food portion of the meal.2. The absolute worst service I have EVER had anywhere. Our waiter was MIA 80% of our meal. He did not check back after our food was served and waited till we were done to ask if we wanted more bottomless sides. We would have liked more sides and even a refill. My family will not return to this location.
Our experience was outstanding. The hostess seated us in quick order even though there was a crowd there. Our waiter was pleasant and worked hard to provide service to us so that our drinks and food were delivered promptly. He even had a certain flare to the way he did things so that we felt we were his priority. Our food was hot and delicious. I didn’t even need to season my burger. It was more than I could eat coupled with the bottomless fries. We left feeling much better than when we arrived. Good Job.
