I love this place and their food is usually fresh BUT they are getting really stingy with their helpings. For a salad and large drink it’s over $10 and there are too many other places for a good salad with more/serving for the money. And the taco shell was hard and stale. And it’s just not the salads. I have really decreased how often I go there for these reason. I used to go there at least once a week. Now it’s once every 2 months or so just hoping they changed………..but no.

I want to give them a small pass because I ordered for a group of 20 made order for 25 only hour and half before pick up sooooo maybe they were rushed. However I had a group of 20 to feed so to ensure that 20 would get full I ordered a service for 25. 8.99 per person there was barely enough food for 15. I asked the manger prior to leaving the store a couple of times this is a service for 25? His responses were in weights. Oh you only get one ounce of veggies per person so forth. However if you want repeat business this is not the answer. Food was okay but portions very poor. Customer service just okay as well.
You’ll Be Pleasantly Surprised. For anyone who tried Salsaritas in the past and found it wanting, I suggest you try it again. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. I was near Drake on Memorial around lunchtime and decided to try Salsaritas again (had not been there in more than a year). The quality of the food and service are much improved under the new management. The ingredients are fresh. The food is tasty. The staff are friendly. The service is quick. A truly enjoyable experience.
I had the Chicken Burrito, it was bad. The Chicken was all dark meat and rice had no taste. The Chips were covered in salt and stale. Stay away from this place!
Meh. The premise is assembly line Mexican food (think the Subway of tacos). They are generous with portions and the food is passable, but not much more than that. For a couple dollars more, you can get the lunch special at almost any other mexican place in town and get much better food. huntsvilleeats.com
