Shelton location in Madison- ordered lunch at 11:30 and told 30-35 minutes for my burger which arrived an hour later with an incorrect beverage. I called to let them know and the manager would not even speak to me. The food was good but service horrible.
Consistent. Quality. My wife and I have been ordering food from this location for almost 10 years now. The employees are friendly and service is good; rarely is there a problem with our food. They know how to keep us coming back!!
I know it’s just delivery food but I was never very impressed with the food.
Coming from a former employee. Even after working at this location, I still find myself ordering from Steak Out on a regular basis. Moderately pricey, but very good.
