  I don’t understand the negative reviews. I have been coming here since this place opened and the food and service are excellent. I ask for Taylor when I make my reservations because she is very attentive and quick to get anything we need. The management visits our table at least once on every visit to make sure we are be taken care of properly. The meat is prepared to whatever temperature we ask for and is abundant. The salad area is outstanding, especially the lobster bisque. So much good food to chose from and well worth the $43.00. Also, you can ask for more or less seasoning. These people go out of their way to accommodate you. I have been going to the Texas de Brazil in Memphis for 18 years and visit every location that I can all across the country. I am very pleased to have one this close to home now. Remember one thing when you visit here. This is not a regular restaurant. It is a Brazilian steak house that brings the meats to you, all you can eat. With this in mind, you should have a great dining experience, just as I do.

  There are very few impressive restaurants in Huntsville, but this is definitely one of them. Ignore the negative reviews and give it a try. The price is completely justified – you get all you can eat access to an upscale salad bar with sushi, salmon, shrimp, and a variety of cheeses. Soups- especially the lobster bisque are phenomenal. The main course, which is all you can eat lamb, filet mignon, various other cuts of steak, ribs, etc. is served table-side with cheese bread and garlic mashed potatoes (there are other sides near the salad bar). The service has always been impeccable. Very attentive without being intrusive. We have never waited more than five minutes to be seated. The servers are personable, knowledgable and accommodating. Management always stops by to ensure everything is to our liking. We have dined here on the weekdays and weekends. It has been just the two of us and we have brought the whole family. We have never had a single complaint.

  I ate here a few days ago and it was absolutely wonderful. The food, services and hospitality we received the entire time was impeccable. Definitely a memorable experience!

  Loves it. I think they have worked out the early bumps. Awesome service. Great food. If you want a less expensive option, sit at bar and order their Appetizer they are great. Great happy hour also.

  Will not be returning!. After waiting 30 minutes past our original reservation time, we were finally sat. Our server, Taylor, smelled of weed and kept forgetting things to the point of annoyance. The food was decent. The sausage was the best tasting meat and my wife enjoyed the salad bar. Overall..we will not be coming back. Slow and forgetful waitress plus mediocre food- was not worth the wait or $!
