Ive been to a lot of Thai restaurants from Seattle to Bangkok. This is just plain good solid Thai. Now, I only tried three dishes for my first try, but it was a lasting impression. I like my Thai true to form. Hot, sour, salty, sweet. I selected dishes on that premise. I asked for Pad Kee Mao and was please to know the chef could get close using Pad Phad Mee with Rice noodle and kick it up to Thai hot. I have leftovers and that is a good thing.
This is seriously my favorite spot in Huntsville. Best authentic Thai food. There’s this amazing off-menu item called Fire Beef Noodle (a must). My boyfriend and I always order our favorites: the coconut red curry #21 and the fire beef noodle. Their iced Thai coffee is crazy good! It can get crowded on Fridays and Saturdays but it’s seriously worth it. GO NOW!!
