The ChuckWagon bbq opened in Madison, Alabama Valentines day of 2008. We have been bringing the culture of "Texas BBQ" to the area for nearly eight years now and welcome you to come by and try some of our BBQ! We offer meats of Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Sausage (mild/spicy), Pork Ribs and Chicken all smoked low and slow over our special blend of wood and seasonings!
