I didn’t even know this pizza place was here. For 8 years I’ve been trying to find a great pizza in the Huntsville area and now I finally have. They pile on the toppings, unlike most franchise pizza places, and the crust is crunchy and the overall pizza was delicious. We will definitely be back to try another pie.
I used to love the variety at Venice Pizza. In the past I have ordered calamari, french fries, various sandwiches, pizzas, etc. and all have been very good. The last 2 times I have ordered from there I have been very disappointed. Tonight I ordered 20 wings and a calamari dinner with fries. The total with tax was over $30. When I opened the box (I live a mere 2 minutes from the place), the calamari were clearly over fried and a gross dark brown color. The french fries were greasy and limp, and the wings were overdone and had the look of freezer burned meat. I called to inform them of the quality issue and when I told them I wanted a refund and not just a discount on the next order, they insisted on having a delivery driver come and inspect and pick up the food (I guess to make sure we had not eaten it all). I couldn’t care less they wanted to come pick up the food but it was the way it was stated to me. Again, I have ordered from them on several occasions and never had a complaint, something I’m sure they can see when my order info comes up. Based on the disgusting quality of the food, the rudeness of the person I spoke with on the phone, and their insinuation that I was just trying to get a free meal, I will NEVER order from them again.
A little hole in the wall but serves the best pizza in town! Closest to that NE style I’ve been looking for in Huntsville. The calzones are amazing too! Delivery has been fast too
Pathetic customer service. Venice has GREAT pizza and other selections, however the consistency of their products are WAY OFF. Ordered our favorite today (4-cheese with 1/2 beef, 1/2 sausage) , & when we get it, BARELY any meat at all. So, my husband calls (mind you this one large pizza cost $24.24 & ,we gave a $3 and change tip). The girl on the phone was rude and basically acted like she gives 2 sh***s about it, asking if we had eaten it, then said to just keep it and they would refund it. My husband said he just wants a pizza, not a refund. They said they won’t do it. So, I’m waiting for the poor driver to waste his gas coming with our refund. Guess we’ll order from someone else. Incredibly poor customer service.
Best Pizza In Huntsville. I love the pizza that I get when I get to New York, and the pizza at Venice Pizza is the best pizza that I can get without going to New York. Finally!

Just visiting. This is the best pizza I have eaten in a long long time. Very fresh ingredients and delivery was great.
