Probably the best pho I have ever eaten. Tried the spicy sate version which means they add extra spice and satay sauce which was spicy (lips numb by the end) but not over the top. Broth was richer than other places. I compare this to LA, SF, DC, and Vancouver which all have much larger Vietnamese populations. Judging by the spices, I would say this is Central Vietnamese or Cambodian. Definitely worth a try.
Awesome food. Best Pho I had in s long time. And they have bubble tea. Score. Husband had lemon grass chicken and said it was his new favorite. That’s saying a lot. Will be a new favorite spot for us. Don’t let the outside fool you.
Lemongrass Beef and Lemongrass Chicken, both excellent. We gobbled up the spring rolls bills before I remembered to take a pic. Check them out. They are in the old Korea House Restaurant on Jordan Lane. They are owned by the same family that owns Viet Sandwich in Madison. Sweet people and great food (but the menus are totally different). We can’t wait to come back and try something else!!!
Sate Pho. Peanut sauce based pho, spicey, thick and rich.
