I ordered from Bison’s Cafe through GrubSouth Madison. The ordered the Mushroom Sirloin, Boss Burger, and 2 Kids Chicken Nuggets were ordered. Sadly our food arrived cold. My husband ate the burger and gave it a 4 out of 5. I had the steak. It only tasted of char and smoke. It was cooked well so I give it 3 out of 5. The kids had mixed reviews on the nuggets but I think they would have been very good if they had been hot. The food would probably taste much better fresh from the kitchen. I say give it a try.

Wow this place really gone down hill.Was going to have a steak, but the did not have a steak! I should have left then. I had chopped steak ordered medium and it came out well done. Mashed potato’s was tasteless. This restaurant has gone off the cliff bad. I won’t be going back here again.
The Jewel Of Huntsville, AL. I found this place with two other friends on a trip that found us in Huntsville, AL We were having trouble finding a spot to stop and eat since it was late at night, thankfully we found this place glowing on the horizon. Enjoyed a terrific bacon cheeseburger, fries, some good wings also. If I could fly their food to Texas I would. It was really good.
Nothing Fancy. Really Good wings and cold beer. If you go expecting white table cloth food and service- you won’t like it. On the other hand if you like good wings-burgers and a friendly neighborhood bar – this is the place.Must try: Wings, Chicken Priare Soup, Beef Dip Sandwich.
Bad experience. Service was very slow. We had a new server who finally came, took our order, but we had to show him on the menu what it was that we were ordering. . Acted like he had never seen the menu. Five minutes later he comes back to our table and asks if we have been helped. We tell him he already took the order. Then he looks and finds out he did. I had the chicken tender dinner meal. The fries were in a puddle of yellow grease from the chicken, which was dry. The cole slaw was tasty. My son had the ribeye, which by comparison would make Golden Corral look like Ruth’s Chris Steak House.Too many other good places in Huntsville to give this another chance.
