Great ice cream terrible owner. The students who work here are very nice the owner… Not so much. I go about 2 X a week but if the owners there I’ll go to Baskin Robins. Ice cream is fresh but the best flavors sell out fast.
Extremely slow service, not well prepaired sundae. So bad, it is NOT worth the wait.
Needs work. Having moved to this area from the ATL where there is a Brewster’s on every corner (next to all the Waffle Houses) this one just doesn’t measure up. They were very slow and the portion size was underwhelming. The amount of ice cream in the two scoop cone I ordered had less product than the single scoops I was used to. If you’re going to charge me $4 for Ice cream at least make it worth it!
SLOW service. I love Bruster’s ice cream, but the service is terrible! On a summer evening, expect to wait in line for over an hour. There is rarely a manager present, and the two or three high school employees give preference to the drive-thru. I still eat there, but always go through the drive-thru and if there’s a line, it’s better to pass.
