If you want to support a jackass not paying his workers and giving you the discounted meats and veggies from Publix at 300% markup feel free to stop into Cork And Crust. First off. The food is so good I literally asked if the Chef teaches. My wife and I came in last weekend, for brunch and wanted to try there pizza. Perfectly made. Homeade mozzarella and sausage. Then today we came with a friend and tried the chicken and waffels…. Dude. I’m blown away. Amazing service amazing food. This is my favorite restraint in Madison. The food should be priced higher but thankfully it’s aforadable!
I love Cork & Crust!! I have been several times and EVERYTHING is great. I like to sit at the bar, and Nina is a fantastic bartender. I have tried the flatbreads, shrimp and grits, pork tenderloin, and stroganoff pizza (so unique and yummy!!) and was never disappointed. The menu feels simple but is full of a wide variety of great food, and the owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Overall this is an exceptional place to relax and have a drink and an appetizer but also for a romantic date. I will be back for sure!
Fantastic food and staff!. My husband and I have been several times. Every entree we’ve ordered has been delicious! Nina is a fantastic bartender, very informative, knows the wine list, knows the menu. The only negative is the space is small, so unless you get there early, you will have a wait. The wine is average price for an upscale restaurant and they have a great variety!
