My family and I always choose I Love Sushi to celebrate birthdays, holidays, and everything else in between. The food has always been good and the service has always been friendly! Only on one or two occasions has my food came out incorrect. As in, I received something that was not what I ordered, and each time they were happy to correct their mistake in a timely manner. Nothing and nobody is always going to be perfect and people make mistakes. With that said, to demand a refund or replacement of a dish simply because you didn’t like the way it tasted is ridiculous. As a customer, either try at your own risk or just stick to what you know. I have always left happy with my many experiences there and will continue to return.See y’all this weekend!
I was so disappointed. The food that was served to me was horrible. I took one bite and informed the waiter that I didn’t like it. I would like to order something else. The manager forced me to pay for a meal that was disgusting and claims that she can give me half off. This is by far the worst experience I ever had. I would have made an argument about the situation but I didn’t want my child to see my other side. This restaurant will not get another dime out of me. I will be sure to tell everyone I know how sorry they are. P. S. They are a small company so they are going to make you pay for the food if you like it or not. They will be more than happy to bring you extra spices to try to make it taste better. It’s disgusting save your money.
The sushi is amazing. With a larger group, The Boat is worth the splurge, as it has a little something for everyone. The Agedashi Tofu is a wonderful starter! They seem to be lacking adequate staff (which is my only complaint).
WORST restaurant experience. Terrible service for over-priced food. Owner is on coke. Dishes are dirty. Tables are sticky. Floors are always wet somehow. Don’t waste your time in here!!!
Poor, slow service. They gave us the wrong sushi roll which could have been bad because of a shellfish allergy. The food was good but not worth the overall experience.
Huge disappointment and complete debacle due to poor service and lack of good management. This restaurant could be so much more. The management need lessons in good service and management techniques. We did not get drinks or food in a timely manner and mistakes were made in the serving, bringing cold food, arguing with us regarding the issues, agreeing to adjust the bill, and then not adjusting until we argued several times. The food was obviously well prepared but who wants to eat cold congealed or barely lukewarm food? Who wants cocktails that show up almost 90 minutes after arrival and with the main course? Was my husband’s birthday celebration and we ended up angry and frustrated instead of happy. Well, as one of our friends said – we have a story to tell for years and years.
