Some of the best BBQ in all of Madison and Huntsville!! True BBQ Lovers know what real BBQ is suppose to taste like. And this is it!! If you want some great BBQ, I recommend the ribs! Although everything is good, the ribs are my favorite!!

Pulled pork is very good. We tried the pulled pork along with the chicken. Very good flavor, just a little different than the other places around Huntsville and Madison. We will be back again.
Just keep driving till you get to Chuck Wagon…. Well I was skeptical of any place operating out of gas station and my fears were well founded.He smokes everything on site in a big smoker out on the lawn and has a full kitchen inside the store. I ordered a plate of pulled/chopped chicken and a small side of Baked Beans.Now he did alert me that the mild sauce was sweet, but it was I think overly saccharine. The beans were the same, sweet enough to be a dessert. I had asked for WHITE MEAT, I paid an extra charge for this and when I get home I find that there is very little white meat and LOTS of skin. I ended up paying $10 for a 1/2lb of white meat and small side of BB. I didn’t weigh it (he didn’t either), but I can assure you it wasn’t half a pound.Overall I had lots of inedible bites and was left hungry, the bits of white meat weren’t anything spectacular and weren’t worth picking through to get.Lastly I didn’t even receive toast.There was someone else operating a different BBQ place before this gentleman started. He seems nice enough, but I just don’t care for his product.
