I’m really surprised at all the negative reviews. I’ve eaten here at least a dozen times and was always happy with the food and service. The salad bar is one of the best I have seen and the entrees I have tried were all quite good. The service has also ways been at least satisfactory bordering on excellent. I will definetly continue to come here for dinners.
Run away as fast as you can. Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Took forever to see a waitress. She let us look at the menu for 20 mins. before attempting to take our order. Then she precedes to tell us they are out of chicken…and half of the side choices. It was at least a half an hour before we got drinks. Two freaking hours after being seated we walked out with our child in tears because she was starving. We never saw our food. I doubt she even put the order in. When we complained about how long things were taking the two morons in the kitchen came out and stared at us and went back in. We left after that…if we ever did see food lord knows what they would have done to it. Never saw a manager either. There were only two other tables seated at the time. There was no reason for such horrible service. Will never darken the door again.
Substandard. My husband and I decided to try this place again, since they have had a significant change in their menu/atmosphere. We have previously experienced bad and slow service and today was not much improved. Our waitress, once she arrived 10 mins after we were seated, was a nice young woman. We both ordered grilled salmon and chose grilled green beans and grilled zuchini and salads as our sides. The salad bar was in pretty good shape, though had a limited selection-no spinach. The salmon was very fresh and well prepared but arrived at room temperature long after the salads were eaten. The grilled vegetables were VERY greasy-we blotted them with paper napkins but the were not edible. the waitress asked if we wanted some of their new garlic cheese biscuits and then brought the smallest two biscuits you could imagine. About like mini muffins- and ONLY 2 for two of us. It was comical. I WANT to like ruby tuesdays, it was a favorite of ours 20 years ago. But this place is just no good. You could possibly be satisfied if you only wanted a salad bar salad. Otherwise, skip this restaurant.
Poor service, loud employees, and just a bad overall experience
Ordered a hamburger done MEDIUM, was served raw ground beef, sent back, 2nd one was still pretty much RAW, couldn’t eat it, and was still charged… Just bad
