Poor customer service. The food was decent..but the service was horrible. We ordered 3 mango shakes and they were not good ..too sweet and not fresh ..I asked to return but I was told since I had tasted the drink they couldn’t take it back but I need to give it to someone else on the table and the manager argued to still cahege. They dis not offer anything else. The other 2 mangos were not drank either. Prefer Sitar mango shake. Horrible service and attitude
Um really this is MAGNIFICATION. My family came all the way from California to meet a relative but they said that they can’t meet us so we were all tried so we went to saffron they were unfortunately closed but they let us in and gave us the best service even though it was 10:30 pm the chicken tika masal
Owner lady attitude. This restaurant only two people work on table they take order serve take dises make a bill so when there are few table the service is no good you need to wait for long you need to wait for water too and always make conform bill because they charge too much extra and big things lady owner her behave is no good
Really good spicy food. The appetizer chicken was really good in a very large portion for a whole meal. I would highly recommend that you get the lamb dinner.
Great… This is a great addition to north Alabama. You are always surprised with different recipes they have on buffet menu. I love this place since the opening of this restaurant. Fortunately we were the first customers to dine at this restaurant.
Nice service, but the young man could speak up a bit. First time eating Indian food, so I didn’t know what to expect. Loved the sheekh kebabs, which was lamb on skewers. I liked that he asked what spiciness level I wanted and that the lamb was actually spicy like I requested. Plenty of food, too. I’d like to try the buffet.
