Sakura’s Service is Slipping. We have been loyal Sakura Customers, but lately service and quality are down. Lately there has been a push to get the tables served and cleaned as quick as possible, where the chef comes out before our sushi or our salad. Servers are changing and are not refilling drinks, and we have to get the server’s attention.
Great for lunch or dinner. We have been going here for years and love it! The food is great and the staff is friendly. Our children love the special attention they get when celebrating a birthday or other event. It is a beautiful facility that is clean. Our family bring guests here often, and they wish they had one close to them. It is also great for a date night or night out with the girls! We highly recommend it!
Great Food!!. I really enjoy Sakura’s sushi and hibachi!! In big groups or just a couple, we’ve always enjoyed speaking with fellow diners that have always been friendly.They are a little on the pricey side and the service is sometimes a little slow, but the food has been OUTSTANDING every time
Good food, great staff. Had a Groupon for Sakura and decided at the last minute to hop over to use it. Was kind of a hike from Brownsboro, but the food was delicious. Coming from the North East we thought the prices were very reasonable and the portions were just right. They were very accommodating to my request for no Onions or Mushrooms, lol and cook my steak perfectly. Drinks were good and inexpensive. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Great lunch, but dinner is over priced. My husband and I spent almost as much as we do at The Melting Pot and it wasn’t half as good. Lunch only, people.
Absolutely the best sushi in Huntsville. Try the Snow Maki roll. Been going since they opened and except for a few poor services, it’s a great place to go.
Love it! Everything tasted fresh, and the Bagel Roll was the best!
