Female Assistant Manager has a horrific attitude and is extremely poor at her job. Twice Ive been to Smashburger, both times negative because of her.Tonight, the cashier behind the counter was friendly and helpful and when he repeated my order, it was correct. However, when my meal came, I was missing my fries and my burger was not well-done as requested. No big deal, but when I pointed it out the female waitress was rude and walked away, never resolving my issue. I took my food up front and explained my problem to the friendly cashier and he attempted to make it right, but the Assistant Manager was instantly and quite vocally rude and drew the attention of the other employees.It was 10+ more minutes to bring out my corrected order and when the Assistant Manager brought it out, she was hostile, blameful, and argumentative – horrible customer service combo.Her words: Here. Next time you need to let them know you want it well-done and he never charged you for the fries.Me: I did ask for it well-done, and I asked for a combo.She: Well, then you should have repeated it.Me: He confirmed the order and it was correct… that isnt my fault.She: I dont allow ANYONE to call my employees dumb.Me: …I didnt call him dumb. He was helpful.She: K, theres your burger AND fries, as she rolled her eyes.Me: Is the manager available?She: Im the manager.Me: The Assistant Manager. Is the other one available?She: He isnt here.Will not be back and will definitely tell my friends.
Haven’t been here in awhile. The food we got was alright but service was a disaster. We ordered two different burgers and a shake. Brought one burger within five minutes. After 20 minutes we finally went up to counter to check on second burger and shake. Said they would bring them right out. They brought the shake but no burger Ten minutes later we just asked for our money back but they said burger was almost ready. So finally they bring it out but it was the wrong burger. Are it anyway. They did refund the cost of the burger and shake but the whole dinner was a disaster. It’s too bad because the food was okay. But Probably won’t be back. Too expensive for poor service.
