Worst sandwich ever. The process of ordering is one of the worst ever…very confusing for a first time visit. Once I got through that the sandwich crew couldn’t get the order correct when all the items were checked right on the bag as to what I desired…after realizing they messed up..they started over and still made it wrong….by then another 5 mins had passed. I finally got my incorrectly made sandwich and bit into some of the worst tasting bread ever. The bread was horrible! I had debated about going to one of my favorites Jimmy Johns vs trying something new….worst decision ever. Even the customers that came in after me agreed their first experience was their last…
I hit this place up on a Sunday afternoon (about 1:30). I really liked the ordering system of just checking off the boxes for your sandwich. The bread and ingredients were fantastic. It wasn’t busy at all, but was kind of dirty. I couldn’t find a clean table so I ended up choosing the least dirty one I could find. Even though the food was good, the filth was a turn off.

This is not a sit down restaurant so there’s absolutely no reason why we waited 45 minutes for our food.The two petite girls tried really hard to move as fast as they could but there was another heavy set girl that would sometimes help and some other times just looked clueless. The restaurant was filthy customers had to ask for the tables to be cleaned.UNACCEPTABLE.
This place rocks. You grab a paper bag (vegetarian or whatever) check off what you want on it, type of bread etc… Turn it in and they make it for you. Totoally customized sandwiches and subs!
Not impressed. I ordered monte cristo. A typical monte cristo is turkey, ham, and cheese with mayo, battered in egg and fried, topped with powdered sugar and dipped in jam. Thr sandwich at which wich was turkey, ham and jam on a sub roll toasted. Yuck! Not my idea of good. 🙁 didn’t send it back bc I was with a friend and didn’t want to make a scene. Maybe their other choices are better, add a lot of toppings. Not worth $6 paid. Very disappointed!
