H.l. Pohlman. My husband and I had a bad experience, it was so bad that I let the manament know. I recieved a voucher for a free meal for each of us. My husband refused to go back so I passed the voucher on to my daughter.She used it last week, and said it was one of the worst experiences she has ever had. I will not be returning. I used to love the Baby Back Ribs. What has happened?
I always have the best service and the enchiladas are by far better than any Mexican restaurant. My family and I go at least once a week. Thanks for the great service.
This was second time going here and they were out of beef for the nachos. Very poor planning. I’ll do business elsewhere.
So far, service is horrible, very slow. Not looking forward to the food.
Horrible Food – Good Service. I used to love this restaurant and was a regular customer until my last visit in April 2013. We waited unusually long for our food and the restaurant was not packed. About 5 minutes after we asked the waitress about it, the food arrived. My husband and I both had grilled chicken but the chicken breasts were white like it was boiled and there were no grill marks. Tasted edible enough but the steamed broccoli was raw. I had to send that back. Our waitress gave us a free dessert as an apology. So disappointed.
Service was horrible.. We waited 30 minutes for our food and when it got to us my husbands order was wrong.. Our waitress was the worst one in history.. She had 3 small tables and yet everybodys drinks were empty.. The manager came over and apologized and bought our meal.
It’s a chain. You get chain food.
